Zac Keane

In his capacity as CEO, Zac is responsible for the overall continued growth and drive within the Group. Both within Ireland and further afield. Some of his key responsibilities include the ongoing strive to offer clients ‘a better job’. To ensure Paragon remains a desirable company to work for and with. Paragon has undergone some changes in recent times and Zac has been at the core of this change. Identifying areas of the market at home and abroad that Paragon can deliver its service to. Although Zac is the CEO, his transparency and communication skills keep him firmly in touch with all aspects of the business.

Sylvia Keane

Sylvia is responsible for the financial management within the Group. With her wealth of experience in similar roles from large organisations she is well equipped to deal with the expansion and growth forecast for the future. Her key roles include the controlling of risk management and ensuring adequate procedures are in place, and her supporting role with procurement and Human resources is extremely valuable to the Group. Sylvia has a keen focused mind on the future of the business and shares her passion for growth and expansion.

John Murray
Director of Operations

With over 33 years of experience in the building services industry, John has overall responsibility for the operations within the Group. Working closely with Zac and Sylvia, John ensures projects run to programme and within budget. John has a reputation of repeat business with clients. Such is the attention to detail he offers. He also plays a key role in business development. John is responsible for client satisfaction and the Group’s overall team performance. John has delivered projects upwards of €5million, but will also give the same dedicated application to any size project.

Richard Murray
Estimation & Pre Construction

Richard has vast experience with estimating, procurement and all pre-construction applications. Richard is central to all aspects of day to day project work. Working closely with John and his team, Richard’s key role is ensuring our tenders are well interpreted and presented. He prides himself in highlighting exactly what is on offer, and any cost saving solutions that the company feel is appropriate for a client. His dedication to a project both pre and post tender ensures the client benefits from Richards experience and knowledge of the industry.

Joe Cleary
Contracts Manager

Joe plays a key role with the running and management of contracts. As a qualified time served Engineer, his knowledge on site is crucial. His key role is to ensure the standard of installation and health & safety is delivered throughout. Whether it’s a specialist sub-contractor or a direct employee, Joe’s focus does not change. Responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget appears effortless to Joe. Joe is customer driven and will always go the extra mile on a project.

Micáel Cleary
Director of Facilities

Micáel joined Paragon in 1999 and is a time served engineer. He quickly moved from the field to the office offering his ‘can do’ attitude to all. Micáel headed up the service and maintenance department in 2004 and currently is responsible for all aspects relating to this part of the business. Micáel is very much customer driven, and is extremely focused on the expansion of Paragon. His key role is to maintain existing customers by providing a first class services while always trying to open new doors. Micáel also manages his own projects within his core service. He has maintained over 80% of the company’s clients since this division of the company opened. This is a credit to his dedication to the customer.
